Picking up the Uhaul was super difficult as the gentleman there was extremely short with me and rude. Had to buy a lock because there was a lock provided but it had no key.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe actual truck was fine, but the business owner was very disorganized. No one was available to meet us at the pick up location. We had inquired earlier in the day about getting the truck a little earlier. The truck and key were accessible and onsite, at the gas station, at the time, but the owner was not. He was reached by phone by the person working at the gas station, but we were told that we could not get the truck until the owner was onsite. When we came back a few hours later to pick up the truck at the scheduled time, the owner was still not there. The gas attendant was able to locate the owner by phone. When we spoke to the owner over the phone, he asked us to do the inspection of the vehicle ourselves. If that’s all we had to do, it could have been done hours earlier as requested. We had ordered a dozen moving blankets in advance, but only 6 were available on pick up. All in all, very fragmented communication and a disorganized transaction. If the location hadn’t been so convenient, we would have gone elsewhere.
Anna SSOUNDED LIKE THEE IS AN EXHAUST LEAK OR SOMETHING ELESE GOING ON WITH THE ENGINE. UPON PICK UP THE ATTENDENT COULD HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH AND SEEMED HEISTENT TO EXPLAIN BECAUSE OF HIS INABILITY TO SPEAK ENGLISH, HIS PERSONAL OUDER WAS TERRIBLE, IF YOU ARE GOING TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC YOU MUST BE CLEAN
dave hThe season location in Jordan was fine however where I had originally booked the pick up at apple tree in grimsby was a terrible experience for the second time with this location I showed up to do the mobile pick up and somebody had not assigned a truck to my reservation this delayed my move by an hour and was very inconvenient these 2 bad experiences with the apple tree until I’m grimsby will make me consider other options in the future when I am looking for a truck rental company
Thomas CMaintain your vehicles. Multiple warning lights came on. Brakes felt bad and transmission made noise. We were going to use the vehicle for two days but returned it early because we felt unsafe in it. Vehicle also had trash in from previous renters.
