The lot is in a low spot, surrounded by a building and high wall causing little to no data coverage. This makes after hours pickups/drop offs and confirming the pre trip info impossible. Open wifi would help this problem.

The vipers needs a replacement , had really tough time driving , it was all along the route I had to stop every time there was big down pour A 8 hour journey took me close to 14 hours because of the number of stops I had to make because of th vipers

Keep all monies not yet received more secure. Never leave monies unattended or ensure that the customer's or staff don't get distracted when at the point of sale when showing other features to new customer's. Overall this location did a great job with my transaction, but when a member of my crew asked for change, he found monies unattended away from both the staff and customer's. He could have stolen these fund's but he either has second thoughts that he couldn't get away with it or maybe he was just honest. Addition of more staff because this location is busy and crowded might be something to consider. The brakes on our truck sounded and seemed compromised the day we drove it. The last two miles of our drive, a brake light and constant buzzing came on, indicating the brakes were indeed needing maintenance.

Service was excellant but it was a little stressful for the employees who was trying to give the customer complete satisfaction because the computer system kept messing up. I really would like to thank the african american man with braids on 31st and main in kcmo for his awesome service and determination to satisfy the customers. Great employee. He made it work even though there was a mishap with computers that was out of his control. I recommended services to a friend and they have made reservations for your service tomorrow. Keep up the great work in this community!

The truck leaked from the rain which caused water to sit in the Grandmas attic and bottom on the truck. This got my boxes wet and soaked through onto some of my stuff. Not happy about the leaking truck since it was already raining on my moving day.

Its tough to find. Your website might tell people to enter from 31st St. The address is on Main St. Or maybe tell people on the website or add to your address that it is behind UMB Bank. Otherwise this is a GREAT location and a GREAT staff. Super friendly and fast.

Check the truck in exactly when it arrives and not 25 minutes later -- I had my truck back on time, but I was charged for an extra day because it wasn't logged in until you got around to it. Also, I didn't use the dolly or blankets at all, but was charged for two days for each. No thanks!

Computer and phone that the employee was using were extremely slow and the employee did not have the greatest attitude. This visit shouldn't have taken 10 minutes to complete but took closer to half an hour.

Had it reserved for one way trip. They told me I had to return to their location regardless. The after hours return thing on your phone is bullshit. Why should I do YOUR job for you?
