The drop off was a little unusual in that it was combined with a hotel operation. I wasn't sure I was in the correct place. It all worked out. No issues.
THOMAS KI picked up the trailer on Parvin Road in Kansas city Missouri- I told the guy that the trailer tires were bad and he said they are fine. He would not let me take any of the other 2 trailers that were in the lot. I Had a blow out on the interstate in the middle of New Mexico! The repair driver said both tires were bad and he replaced both. When we went to empty the trailer all my things had grease on the bottom from the floor. It was obviously not cleaned before I took it! When I called the location- while waiting for the tire repair person- he had Very bad customer service and was extremely rude and dismissive of me.
PATRICIA PExtremely professional and convient America needs to get back to this type of service. 24Hrs is amazing for people who work off hours. Military and Law Enforcement is my life, so this location is great, please get more 24 HR operations.
JALEN WI find it kind of stupid that I reserve a truck at one place then get a call right before I go pick it up just to have to drive all the way across the city to another place to get it. Then I use half of the mileage I pay for driving back to where I’m using it. That is unacceptable. Was told I had to drop it off at the same place I picked it up at, then was told I could’ve dropped it off at any U-Haul location after I drove it all the way back to where I picked it up at. Then get charged out the rear for mileage unrelated to the reason for using the truck. Y’all shook me down for almost $100 when it should’ve only cost me around $40 for the extra miles I actually used it for the purpose of renting the truck.
