Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck had not been blown out, dolly was not present when I paid for one, no one said the fuel gauge was messed up so I’m unsure if I over paid for fuel when refilling it. The app would not allow me to take pictures and upload them
Casady CThe equipment (truck) was fine. The customer service was horrible. The individual who I spoke with was rude both times I had to deal with him. He had us wait at the counter, while he did nothing. It seemed as though the U-Haul portion of the business was an inconvenience. I would not send anyone to this location.
Terry SThey charged me $50 for fuel when only drove the van 12 miles. I put 2 gallons back in the van before returning it. I picked the truck up with 1/2 a tank of fuel and returned it with a touch more than half a tank. I called and they said tough luck.
Mark SThis was a last minute reservation because the location I originally chose didn’t have the truck available even though I had a co formed reservation. The Thriftway location was extremely helpful and understanding. Very happy with the service there.
