Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location’s rental truck I was given had no fuel. I was told by the u-haul person that all the 10ft box trucks had no fuel and I would have to go somewhere else. They very were dirty from the interior and were obviously not well taken care of. My rental truck had a shattered windsheld and was pulling to the left.
Adam VCut my hand because there was broken glass in the car that I had to clean.
Ariel JWe were told they knew about the Crack in the windshield. However, when we inspected it, it was actually smashed in the upper corner. There were bits of glass on the dash and the passenger seat.
Debbie DThe internet or database was difficult to obtain a signal to even start the selection process itself- I told the owner that I wouldn’t be traveling any further than 5 miles and that I wouldn’t be returning the vehicle before the closed at 7pm- which I did. The key was placed in the key return box located on the door. I observed that the vehicle was presented to be with a tire needing air indication light when I start the truck. I actually only went 3 miles- just as I explained to the young man…he charged me $87 for going three miles!
