Ali was super helpful and really nice even though the map has this location 2 miles away from the actual location, and it’s behind a pretty sketchy gas station with only a few spots for rentals

Kerbert VThe location in college station wher I ordered the truck originally called the morning of pick up to tell me there were no trucks and wanted me to drive 40 miles to Cameron. I cancelled the original reservation and made another reservation to this location in Katy where I live and drove it to my child’s apartment in College station. Ali was so kind. He explained it’s a new pick up site and he went above and beyond to make sure the truck and equipment was what I ordered. They were out of the furniture Dolly, but he removed it from order. Service was great and after the disappointment in College station, it renewed my faith in Uhaul.
