The app was not functioning properly-and made it very difficult. Pictures would not upload and the app kept kicking us out and starting over. The person operating the location was very helpful. Glad they were there since the app was not working properly

Jakob VNot staffed daily. It’s a “by appointment” location. Would have been more comfortable dropping it off with an employee instead of a Dropbox. Couldn’t get the app to work. After calling customer service, it was handled correctly. But could have saved time dropping it off at a location that was staffed.
Jenn PAwesome service! Owner was very pleasant to work with and had the truck ready to roll. Took a little longer to move our stuff and they were very helpful in extending us one more day.
