The self checkout through the app was difficult. Would not let me upload the pictures of truck so I had to take them with my phone. Would t let me move past that step without at least one photo. Got the keys and had to leave. People meeting @11:30 to help me. Took me 30 minutes at self checkout and never completed all the steps. Couldn’t check truck back in, had to call and let them know I left the key in the lockbox because I didn’t know I needed to put them in a drop box. Uhaul Tep told me when I called. Overall the price was good tho
