Inadequate parking for 20' truck. What if there were more than one drop-off?
Paul HWhen I picked up the trailer, I was informed if there were any other drivers that you needed their drivers license. My other driver was currently on a flight coming to meet me. Your rules have become extremely strict and I certainly understand why, but it would have been nice to have a list of requirements when I rented online. All this should be disclosed on the first page- maybe a before you rent page.
Christina SThe lady in the office raised her voice when we picked the trailer up and when we dropped it off. She asked questions that we have never been asked in all the years I have been renting these trailers. We returned the trailer back 1 1/2 days early and I had to ask for my credit. I will NEVER use this location again. I will drive an extra 10-15 miles to get a trailer to avoid this location.
DEBBIE MThe parking spots for the trucks are so small there is literally like 4 inches on each side to keep from hitting something with the mirrors. The uhaul trailer should be parked closest to the auto shop that way the mirrors of the trucks have more space on the other spots and parking would be safer and less stressful. I did the best I could but I know the next person to get a truck is going to have a harder time getting out than I did. There was one spot empty when I got mine but it was all full when I got there to drop it off.
