I paid for an appliance dolly that we really needed but it wasn’t included when we picked up the truck. That’s my only complaint.

Moussa MWhen I arrived at 4:30PM on a weekday there was no one at the business. The business is in a poorly selected area where parking trailers especially larger trailers can be very challenging due to the number of other vehicles. It is also either a dead end or other cars blocking the end of the parking lot. The phone number that U-Haul provide on the contract is also a non working number. Horrible experience
