This was a one way trip from Kelowna to Calgary. West Kelowna U-Haul was the selected pick-up location when I booked online. I did not download the app. U-Haul kept me updated via email and texting. The day before they communicated to me a different pick-up location at AAcme towing in Kelowna. I suspect this would be due to available rental inventory as pick-up was on Sunday. Pick-up was arranged an hour before we arrived and there was an attendant on site. I did take a photo of the fuel gauge and did a walk around.

Allen RWouldn't recommend dropping off here, owner is quick to judge and doesn't mind belittling customers over the phone.

ROB CMike was extremely helpful. His attention to detail is second to none in the business. He obviously comes from a wealth of client-centered service. I look forward to doing business with Mike and U-Haul again in the future. Thanks Mike.
