The agents on hand didn't know how to check out the van. I was able to do it online but the mileage was wrong. I was charged for driving over 100 miles and I drove from the pickup location to West Seattle and back.

The person I talked to when i got the truck was ok, but when i dropped it, the other person was very rude. Car also smelled like cigarette and very old furnitures.
JAMES WThe customer service was horrible. The person who rented me the truck and who I returned it to was not friendly or helpful or kind. He was rude and made me feel uncomfortable.
CORRINA RThe truck was there, but the interaction I had with the man in the gas station was not great. He was impatient and seemed disorganized, which made the process not very smooth. The gear shift in the truck was sticky and hard to move but once I understood it's limitations I could do it with finesse, but seemed like something that should be checked on. The back portion also leaked on the drive so some of my boxes got wet that I was putting into storage.
KENDALL SIt was quick and easy. Parking is plentiful. The windshield was frozen over and internet was slow to do the rental from the computer in the store. Additionally I declined insurance but was still charged for it and had to call to get it resolved.
