Truck wasn't clean. Windshield was covered in bugs. Cab was dirty, and I know it was touch, or they would have found the iPad in the right door storage. iPad is still there by the way. Additionally, the truck wasn't quite full.

I answered no because no one was there. So didn’t know answer. it was a weekday I expected to have a much easier experience but again. ONLINE. I HAD TO CALL HELP LINE FOR CHECK IN AND RETURN. both times online help was VERY HELPFUL. could not have done it without them !
