A little more attention to details such as being sure tire pressure is correct , that lights are working , and a little lube on the ball adjuster would make it easier on my 75 yr. old hands and fingers …. just a couple things that come to mind , thx for the asking..
Floyd TThe pickup area was fair. The attendant was excellent though. We had to travel 3 hours (6 hours total) to pick up unit. Added on time and money. When returning unit, they wanted to charge us extra for mileage. We should have billed THEM for the extra time, and money for fuel for pickup location. I gave them 6 weeks to get this organized and it was not.
David CPaul and staff were great.
Kathleen TOnly a small interaction with the staff member dropping the truck off, but he was really kind and helpful.
