Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was frustrated with the app as it gave me trouble with uploading the photos of the truck during the pickup process. Then I was missing items that I chose to rent (furniture dollies) then it was frustrating that I had to return the truck to the same location and not one that was closer to my final destination within the same town that has 24hr drop off capability.

Holley WThe only good part of dealing with this U-Haul location was Maurice. He helped us attach the trailer to our truck and removed it when we returned. I also got a call from someone at this location early in the morning on the day of return, asking me if I was going to return the trailer because they had already rented it out to someone. I was just about ready to bring it back when I received this call. What irritates me is that I had the trailer rented until 4 PM and had initially planned to bring it back then.
