Sau really went above and beyond!!! His customer service is always exceptional. When renting U-Haul equipment, customers should keep in mind that equipment is rented out by guest and when extended or not returned on time, it is out of their control. Yes, it's frustrating, and a lot to pivot with plans and movers. But it is not the "fault" of the employees. It's a paid customer and also the system of U-Haul not Kihei Self Storage. This happened to us today as we had one reserved but the customer prior didn't return on time. Sau & Maria went above and beyond to accommodate us going the extra mile and still having plenty aloha! Thank you for the continued exceptional customer service to our community. To U-Haul, when booking equipment online maybe re-look at your system and in between time from one rental to another to avoid issues. Mahalo!!!

michael zTruck was a big mechanical liability. Took back early because it was dangerous. Also was overcharged for mileage. Had to call multiple times to report issues. Doubled charged now have to wait for the one refund. Terrible experience. If moving wasn't stressful enough...
Tara BSide doors didn’t work two of the vans. The inspection had expired on 2 and I wanted to drive a legal vehicle otherwise everything rang up. Finally got one Was very dirty in the outside, but I came home and hosed it off. But it ran good and served my purpose.
mark fIf the side doors don’t completely open should maybe offer different vehicle or at least let customers know that only one of the side doors opens.
