The worst experience we have ever had with a rental company. The grounds keeper was the rudest. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. The day before the rental i called to ensure our rental would go without a hitch. After 30 plus mins on the phone getting stressed because my truck was not available because the previous renters hadnt returned it yet. Was offered a vehicle 45 mins away from my house. Refused it due to paying by the mile. Then one 10 miles away and refused it because I didnt want to pay an extra 20 plus miles. So I got a new one at a different place. This place was the worst! Some old guy came out and tried to kick me off "the property" as they didnt open till 10, even though my rental was at 7 am. Was told by him that no one would rent that out to me at that time. And that no one would use the lock boxes and that it was stupid of me to think otherwise. He took out a hose and tried to intimidate me by spraying all around me. Mind you I was on the sidewalk outside of the actual premises. Then this morning he made sure to keep an alarm blaring the entire time we started the return of the truck. Worst experience ever. Highly doubtful we will ever use that spot again. Terrible customer service. Accountability needs to be had for this

Natalie KTruck was dirty when I got there. They closed early so no one was there to help with the return process. They over charged me and when I went back to see why I was over charged , the lady couldn’t break down the charges to me. Would recommend not wasting your time or money.
