Maybe just make a quick look in the vehicles prior to renting to someone else. My rental wasn't as clean as I thought it would be. There was something like grass clippings all over the passenger seat. Maybe it was overlooked idk?

My rental experience was no exception. I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism, and quickly signed a contract for a two-day rental of a new pick up truck. The truck was clean and in perfect order. When I reported that the truck was difficult to move from between two other trucks on the street, the agent at the desk left the office and personally took care of the situation, moving one of the trucks so that I could the rental and be on my way. I returned the truck and received the same respect and customer service. I highly recommend Handley's if you want outstanding customer service when renting a U-Haul vehicle on Maui.
