Was not informed by U-Haul that this location would be closed on the day I picked up my rental. This made the pick up frustrating because I was not prepared. Front window of truck was splattered with bugs this made the first part of the drive agitating.

Michael SNot sure if your reservation system is just terrible or if it was the location. I reserved a trailer online and when I got there I had to give them all the same information that I had already entered, plus they insisted I provide names and phone numbers of two acquaintances who were involved in the move to verify I was who I claimed to be. It’s a completely pointless invasion of privacy for them to have to share their numbers in your database. What if I was solo moving myself? Would you refuse to rent to someone that doesn’t have friends helping? That’s bullshit.
