The assistance at this location was FANTASTIC! Roland was extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. My customer service experience online, however, was HORRIBLE!! No communication from U-haul, VERY rude and unhelpful customer service representatives, and inaccurate quotes for charges made booking a TERRIBLE experience. Thanks to ROland at Greenwood Rent All for fixing the absolute mess U-haul had made!

I had to drive a hour and a half to pick my truck up and putting the kilometers on my car plus when I originally wanted to rent uhaul I was not looking to spend what I did. I had a hour half drive each way and had to have the truck back that night. Meanwhile 5 min from my house is a uhaul location. Organization was not great
