Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe online check-in required either additional identification or the information of another person who had to be available to answer a verification call. I booked online and don’t remember this requirement being clearly communicated during the booking process, so I wasn’t prepared to have someone available at the last minute. I think this should be made much more obvious before pickup. The employee was very kind and helpful, however, and allowed me to complete the check-in in person instead.
Phuong MFor one way I would recommend.
MARY MHave space and contact ahead instead of asking us to drop off elsewhere when we arrived
Justin VService was fast and convenient. Was able to check in and check out in no time. On site parking was very helpful.
