Thanks to James and all the folks at this facility for being so accommodating to my needs, they let me park my tractor/trailer in there lot while I transferred some household goods onto one of their trucks for a delivery
I made my reservation through your online system, including the truck and equipment, and paid and completed the online checkin process. When I arrived at the location, the truck was nowhere to be found, and I was not able to complete the pickup as advertised. The staff was helpful, but there was some confusion that took a while to straighten out. My payment was not registered, and I left the lot without a contract, which I assumed would be sent electronically. The staff called me shortly after I left the lot and took care of everything by phone, and I was able to send a photo of the mileage and fuel level electronically in order to complete the contract. If the online process had gone as intended, this would have been a great experience. I have faith that this new process will be refined and I intend to take advantage of this new convenience in the future.
First reservation was for new Caney...they had no record?? I feel like reservations for uhaul on web are not user friendly. Concerning the survey-the correct questions are not being asked, seems like data is being manipulated. Does uhaul really want to know?
I really appreciate the young man (i don't know his name, cross tattoo on wrist) that hooked up my rental to my truck. Great customer service.

The service was slow and the employees were not trained properly. Peoples time is very valuable and slowness is not part of the equation. I had reserved a 5x8 small open trailer online prior to my arrival and they didn't have it on the premise. It took 30 minutes to figure out what had happened. Frustrating.
15 foot truck is really only 12 foot. Wait times were terrible - what was the point of reserving and giving all that information when we did everything all over again. Truly horrible. Truck handled and drove well.
The whole thing went perfect they could not do any better .It was awesome !!!!!!!!
Dolly wasn't secured in back of truck and fell and broke a lamp Ashtray was full of cigarette butts Less than 1/4 tank of gas is very inconvenient

Nothing spectacular. GM sat by while an inexperienced associate attempted to complete my rental.
I'm super short so the only two problems I had was trying to see out the right side mirror, I tried to adjust it but it wouldn't move. Then I couldn't reach the the door to the back haha but I knew that was coming because I'm 5â€1 but it got stuck whenever I was done moving things into my storage unit, and there was no getting it down. ðŸ˜‚ but over all there t was a great experience
First time customer. My original booking, which I made a month in advance, was moved to this location the day before, which annoyed me a lot. However, at the location I was served by Albert Rodriguez who helped me hook up the trailer and make sure everything was in order. He went out of his way to ensure the electrical hookups were good - I could see other colleagues asking him for guidance. Would probably return because of his service.
Ask for specific measurements of a cabin for a shipment of supplies to go to lake Charles where I was to leave the uhaul. They assured me the truck would suit my needs. I picked it up at another location in which I didn't not book at which was an hour away from my home. I got to my office realized the truck would not fit my load. I returned it to the original location on where I booked and requested a refund Only to be told by manager that I could get a $13 refund bc I had already drove off and put 10 miles on the truck. Horrible experience

If the commutation was better and what i was told would have only happened things might have been better. But unfortunately it didn't happen sadly I was told that someone would be calling the day before it did not happen. I only received an email the morning of after being on the phone for a while on a recording which was not to helpful when you needed to ask questions "REALLY" that's not good because only a email that told me where to pick up and drop-off and I was told to let them know the place I was going to drop off the truck. Also I ask for a dolly and didn't received one I ask about it but was told it was none. This doesn't Set well with me. I have been renting a storage from you guys for a few years i have been faithfully paying my bill and this behavior was not to pleasant for me. I need to speak to someone in the corporate office. Someone please contact me.
Put all equipment paid for in truck instead of making the customer drive back for it. Also make the drop box for the self service visible and match what is on the app. Also maybe don't make the customer who chose to do the self service wait inside in a line to pick up their keys when the app says that is not how it should work.
Improve face to face, and in my case, 24/7 virtual customer service.

I initially booked at a location near my home and a representative called me after I made the reservation and told me the car hauler was not there and booked me at another location. I went early this morning to pick up the hauler and 5 minutes before I arrived the rep called once more and told me the location that she booked for the second time didn't have a hauler. I was so disappointed and vowed to take my business elsewhere as I needed the hauler right away. For the third time the rep booked me for another location which was 20 minutes out of my route. I was so displeased with the service as I expected more from UHaul.
