Location was not ideal for a customer to leave their vehicle and feel safe about it while renting a UHaul truck. Owner was non-existent and only reachable via Ring button where he calls you back. Owner was not available when returned the vehicle the NEXT day (on a two-day rental); however, did "note" that I returned the vehicle on day 2, FIVE minutes before it was due for return; thus, not obligating a return of the second day of rental. Owner was also unavailable upon return to verify return nor did he answer a call stating such. Owner and company failed to accurately resolve matter prior to closing out ticket, charging more than should have been charged and continues to fail to resolve the matter, saying it's closed and will stay as such. I do NOT recommend this location for ANYONE seeking a rental.

TERESA GWe were very unhappy about our rental pickup location being moved to this spot. We originally picked a Greenville location but it was changed to the Kinston location. This was in a very unsafe neighborhood and no one was there when we arrived. We called the number listed and no one answered the phone. We ended up calling the main uhaul number. This was a terrible terrible location. It was basically in the hood. Fortunately my husband was with me or I would have not stopped.
