The agent at the location was great.
Ricky CNo body was at the location the complete the contract had to head to the other location to get the paperwork completed as well as make a payment. On top of that had to call back to get the code for the truck. Overall the phone reps as well as the reps for the other location were awesome but sucked that we reserved the equipment at a location that didn’t have anyone available and had to walk to the other location for assistance then back to get the equipment. This review was meant for the location Adam Mercer on 401 E Northtown Rd Kirksville, MO 63501 United States Wouldn’t recommend the location at this address
