Erin BThere is no location. It is a parking lot with no clear instruction of where or how to drop off unless you go online. The address has no correlation to the drop off. Drop box needs to be specified as on outside side of bldg. On a clear sunny day it may be easier to find but not on a dark raining afternoon or after hours.
SANDRA CThe app needs improvement on the estimate miles, clearing that is obligated to fill out, otherwise the completing of the form will not proceed. The keys lock isn't retrieving by itself when you had the code set, you have to grab it and push it, not knowing this makes you think the code is wrong and adds to the frustration.
Jose MI never knew that this location was a self-serving location , so once again this location is not an ideal location for me. I really do enjoy face-to-face interaction with customerservice so due to my preference no I would never use this location again.
