Despite ordering weeks in advance, my pick-up location changed days before. Upon arrival, the truck was available and in good condition however there were no dollies or moving pads available which I had requested when I originally set-up the service request.

Explain the the keys are in a lock box in front of the U-Haul store/Building and not where the online instructions state (at the front of the truck drivers side) which is incorrect and delayed us 30 minutes. Also, there is no instructions about the Gas situation.
