It was a ridiculous process to get a U-Haul. We had to switch locations then I had to get a smaller U-Haul that I reserved. The app would not accept the pictures I tried submitting. I honestly think I should get a credit or a refund because of how terrible the experience was.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis location is decent if you need a convenient pick up and drop off point, but when my truck was there in the parking lot I did not receive the dolly or furniture pads that I paid for.
Philip PWhen a customer adds a dolly make sure it is in the truck so that we don't have to go track one down!
Shannon CThe shed where the keys are the windows are broken and there is no door knob on the door the place is a real shit hole
David RThis app is no good. There is no one at this location and the app is very poor. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to go through the app to pick up truck. Customer service said they would give me a discount and did not.
