It was very easy to handle
Laura HI hate rating Steve and Brenda Hart this score. I received a check in notice of my trailer WELL OVER 20 days AFTER I dropped the trailer off at their location on 5/24 causing quiet the shock to get another bill well over 800.00 dollars. Why? Because the staff at the EXIT 115 did not check in my rented trailer LIKE they said they would that day. A serious conversation should take place to ensure the agents staff are checking in rentals timely and accurately. I should have insisted on getting my receipt that day - as the kid at the counter said, "I got you, just pull it over there and back in" you are good to go after that! I recommend the Hart Exit 115 because they are good people and personable. Staff need a talking too -
