You charged a visa without my permission or knowledge. I paid with the card that I wanted to use. However, you charged an additional card 12.75. Again, without approval or consent. I'm opening a claim with my bank. The truck was filthy and it smelled.

Store owners were difficult to understand because of language issues and loud remodeling going on. Their Uhaul system was down and They put me on the phone with someone named Emmie, who when I found out my dolly wasn't available and there were only 6 of the 12 blankets I reserved, told me only a truck was guaranteed the accessories are not. I ended up driving around myself to find a dolly at another location. We had driven all the way from Texas to Georgia and had to load a house in one day. That Is why I reserved everything and the local dealer should be the one who makes sure everything is there! This location should be removed from your list of dealers!
