I told them I was using a 28-ft motorhome to pull a 4x8 trailer. Their lot is incredibly congested and the U-Haul trailers were across the street. But there was really not enough room to back up to it and hook it up. I was almost on the street where I had to stop. Then we pulled the trailer over. I asked them if someone could help and they said no. When I said I thought this was unusual as we usually have a helper, and someone who checks out the equipment with you, they sent a guy over but he didn't stay. I could not recommend this place to anybody pulling with any vehicle other than a car or small truck. Wouldn't recommend it either way anyhow

Danilo VFirst of all, this was not the location we made our reservations at to pick up our vehicle. This is the SECOND time U-Haul has changed our pickup location. While this is no reflection on the location, it is disruptive to an already hectic situation. About the location itself: Everyone was friendly and worked diligently to fulfill our order. However, this location had experienced a high demand the prior day and they did not have the number of protective furniture pads that we ordered. Knowing we had reserved them in advance I think they should have held them out for our order. The biggest issue with this location is a lack of parking. The lot was full of cars for the automotive business and this is a busy street with NO street parking. Obviously if someone is coming to use the U-Haul portion of the business, there needs to be a place for their ride to park while the U-Haul is being picked up or dropped off. Air conditioning could have been better.
