Abdulkuder AI was very displeased with the U-Haul customer service. My order was wrong, the man at the location was not expecting me at that time so I had to wait. He was kind, but my online experience was extremely disappointing

SCOTT BI was directed to this location from another location. The store window indicated they would be at lunch until 2 PM but it was 230 and nobody was there. My truck was fine in appearance but I did have trash up on the dash. I also wanted blankets but none were available. The person helping me stated that she didn’t work there all the time so she didn’t know where to find them.
