My non-profit organization rented your largest truck twice in the last week. We need transport of our art installations for our largest community event of the year that we do with the City of Lake Elsinore and various business and other non-profit groups. We rent a truck every year for this but this is the first time I have used this location. Kevin at the office was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we understood your policies and processes. We will definitely be using this location in the future. These large events are stressful and require a lot of our time and energy. We appreciated the ease of the process and the effort to make sure it was effortless for us. Thanks!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff was very friendly and helpful.
David LOur van was more than 30 mins late and caused us to miss our scheduled pick up time. The guy at machado storage was really nice about it though.
Michael aNot sure, people were friendly, very responsive and helpful.
Ashley WThe truck smelled of heavily smoke. Apparently someone smoked in the van. We did not notify the office before we drove off just so they would know we did not do it. Apparently, they were aware that it smelled of smoke because they stated that they tried to spray and clean it. They did not offer a cargo van. 😞
