Odd. I arrived at my preferred drop-off location, as it is 12 miles away as opposed to 45 miles away that U-haul wanted me to terminate. Not at all what I wanted! The drop-off was registered as Lake Pleasant NY.

VINCENT FRep was very helpful and the location of the trailer was easy to pick up and drop off
Chris FThe guys at the shop were very friendly and helpful.
Louis FIt took about 15 minutes for the rep to notice someone was waiting at the counter with no other people in the store, then I was charged for moving blankets and a dolly even when there were none available because he didn't know how to remove the charges.
