Let the customer know when you change the pick up location. Additionally, if the location doesn't have an item you should let them know when they are booking the item.

Vehicle had lots of marked damage but also lots of unmarked damage. Agent also refused to let us use our own truck to pull a trailer but let us rent an f150 that was even smaller to pull it. The whole experience felt like a scam. Expected rental fees to be less than $70 as advertised but ended paying out $140

Considering the country is experiencing a health crisis fighting the COVID-19, one of your employees apparently feels that the health of your customers is not important. Both at rental and drop off, the employee was indoors around customers without a mask. The other two employees wore their masks at all times. This was witnessed on 01/19/2020.

In the freezer U-Haul is very informative and clean and fair I had to return the truck the next day when they were closed and I was worried that I would get charged for stuff that wasn't warranted but I wasn't they treated me fair and I would recommend this U-Haul to anyone
