The staff at the location were great. The app sucks. Signed to one place, sent to another. No correspondence from uhaul. Caused me extra time and money as the location was 10 miles away from storage unit. The people who represent you are great. You're online system I will never use again.

Initial pickup was slated for Snowy River Merc. in Reedsport Oregon. I actually contacted them prior to my arrival to ensure that the vehicle was there along with the moving blankets. Not only was there no vehicle but claimed they never had any info on this rental. Kind of a bummer since another 30 min drive to get a van at Lakeside Towing.

Negative review not based on location but the process. I reserved a truck for coos bay uhaul (half mile from my house) walk there to pick up truck. No truck available, had to drive 18 miles in opposite direction to lakeside uhaul for truck. Then had to pay for a cab ride so I could get car.

The ratchet system on the tow dolly was supper rusty and. Bound up but after reefing on it I got then to work on and off with difficulty When I dropped it off I had mentioned it to bills auto here in Canyonville and they were totally on it so the next guy didn't have to deal with that. ,both sides , Rental and drop off were excellent ?? Sincerely Mr Ford
