Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had reserved 2 furniture dollies and they were bit with the truck when I arrived. It was 6am so I had no other options. This made my moving day much more difficult than it needed to be.
Adam BOffice hours listed open to 4PM. No one was there at 3:45 PM. Had to call three times to speak with someone on where to leave truck and how to get into key box. Very unpleasant and no professionalism.
RANDOLPH HPick up and drop off with the app was very confusing. Did even work for the drop off
Greg JOwner/employee should up 45 minutes after I was supposed to pick up my truck. The mobile pick up did not work AT all + the keys were not in the mobile pick up box. They were in the office which had no access to because the guy didn’t show up until 945. I did not get my truck un 1045 as he had to help a customer infront of me. Gopher had no urgency or care to get my truck to me. I had an appointment for apartment key pick up at 11. I was late to that and it pushed back the entire day. Will never be renting a uhual from gooher storage again… I think it is also worth mentioning that my Location pick up was changed which caused an inconvenience but I get it.
