The person working at the counter would not let me have a receipt for my drop off and I didn't want to be charged I told her that and she said don't worry no worries you don't have a problem and I got phone calls the next day saying they didn't want to know where the truck was at how come I didn't deliver it this other address so that lady should be fired for what she did to me because I almost got charged for an extra day's use tonight and I turned it in a day early

CATRICE SWe reserved equipment including appliance Dollys as well as two furniture dollys however our reserved equipment we needed was not there. The smoke shop sent us to a different location saying they had Dollys for us however when we arrived they didn’t have what we ordered and this caused an over two hour delay for our moving experience. I would not reserve from this location again even though it was not our reservation choice in the first place. Terrible pick up experience from both places.

Rosa MEmployees seems bothered that we were renting the u-haul. They were on their phones while talking to me which is so disrespectful and took their sweet time to go check the truck after I dropped it off. This location should be close because the environment doesn't feel safe either.
