The young gentleman who processed my reservation at the desk was courteous , helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my rental was as it should be. It is this type of personal customer service that will have me retrun and inform friends and collegues to rent from here.

This was the second time I rented a trailer here. Both times they added insurance charges without my knowledge or consent. If I had wanted insurance, I would have included when making the reservation. I never had this same problem but at this location.
Matthew HI ordered an appliance dolly and was charged for it only to find out when I got to the move site that it was not in the truck. When I returned the truck I saw it sitting by the door to the store. The back door of the truck was not properly secured as well when the truck was picked up. Upon arrival at the move site, I discovered that it was up and the flat dolly was at the edge.
