Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisParking appears very limited, so getting it out was challenging when you have no view behind you.
Jose AI called to verify return and was told not to worry about the return. I dropped off the rental and they told me just to park it and hand give them the key, this was at noon. At 4:57om I get an email thanking me for using the service and I checked my bank account and I was charged again without prior notice nor explanation, something that I did not approve.
CYNTHIA FI did not make the reservation at this location. The original place I made it at was Aguillon Auto Sales in Laredo, Texas. Even though I made the reservation more than 2 weeks in advance, they did not honor it and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it simply was not available.
Juan CI would like to openly thank the gentlman in charge at the Laredo Office at 2020 Price. I forgot my wallet at the truck, called and it was promptly retruned untouched. The truck performed flawlessly from Chicago to Laredo! Thanks for everything!
