This location and the owner/operator were great. The location however was unfortunate. Lots of tweakers amd thieves inhabit the surrounding town.

The business appeared abandoned, and an unhoused lady out front of business was asking for money when we arrived to pick up the truck.
Isaac SWe scheduled a 26 ft and then we changed our rental because there were no 26 ft in the city. Then when I got to this place there was a 26ft. My reservation was changed to a contactless but I specifically wanted to deal with a person. The person was not there. I called uhaul and they said someone was inside and will be coming out shortly. This location was supposed to close at 5:00 and the person called. Me and said he isn’t there and he will do everything over the phone and wanted my credit card info over the phone. Just seemed very sketchy and was everything I didn’t want to do when I asked to pick up at this location because my preferred location didn’t have the truck I needed
Marcus CThe trailer had damage to the rails on the inside of the trailer. It was stuck in the weeds and I had to move the blocks and some of the weeds got stuck in the door. I had a flat tire but the road side assistance was great.
