They help me load my car in a timely and efficient manner. When I let them know the gas gauge amount was lower than stated on the contract, they made the corrections. They did not tell me about having a mileage limit. So because of the time I got to Tucson it was too late to drop off the car. I had to double back the next morning to drop off the car then go back where I was staying before I could return the truck and trailer because I had to make arrangements with friends for a ride. I went over the mileage limit and had to pay more, but it was a reasonable amount.BETTYANN B.
The lady who helped me was awesome!!!! Very professional. I think she deserves raise. The lady who helped me hook my toe dolly up. The people inside were nice courteous and professional. My pick up location was changed to this location the day before pick up. I chose my location because of conveinance, change the location caused me issues finding a ride.JAMES J.
I got to the location to drop my unit off at 2:05. I know, because my husband called to say he was on his way to pick me up. My drop off time was 2:30. At 2:26 my husband called again and said he had an appt at 2:30 and needed to leave. I asked what the hold up was and was told the young man was having issues getting mileage. I had to leave and was assured my card would be charged and I would get an email. My unit was not checked in till 2:32 and I was charged another $29 rental fee and another $14 insurance. I had the vehicle there well before the drop off time. Being charged an extra day rental fees because an employee was having issues completing their job is just so wrong. I have rented from here before and had great experiences. I understand there was a malfunction in their program, (i.e. were not able to take payments, give receipts, and close out my return). But the employees lacked professionalism and interest.SERGIO C.

Pleased.. Staff were competent, efficient and friendly. I really like the convenient pull-in bay when I returned the vehicle and the staff person who was there when I arrived. My only suggestion would be a more thorough orientation to the vehicle before releasing it for use. That said, I think your reservation website was abysmal. No reason why I should not be able to get a general quote for a vehicle rental in a simple, straightforward manner. As it was, I went directly to the location to inquire b/c I could not navigate the option without seemingly providing my credit card information beforehand. Not appreciated and a big turnoff which nearly led me to one of your competitors. One last note: If you request survey information, do something with it!KARL P.

It is very hard to enter and exit this location. At a very narrow entrance you have customers trying to enter and exit while employees are washing and maintaining equipment. Some customers leave trailers in the drive paths making it nearly to pass.JAMES M.

You need to fix your reservation process - how can you going to have someone pick up a truck that you expect someone to drop off at the exact same time? I got very frustrated because my truck was late, 5 hours late, and it delayed my moving plans. To top that off, every single truck was sold out. That's not right, people depend on this service and there are often strict timelines. This was not the U-Haul store's fault, it was the reservation/scheduling office's fault.Angelica S.
