I arrived on a Sunday and the location was closed, it looked like an old abandoned gas station with 2 U-Haul trucks parked in front, check in was easy all through the app, the truck was clean, fairly new, low mileage, but it has a rattle from the exhaust pipe. Overall happy with the vehicle but I would choose another location

24hr drop off, dropped after hours.
Kenneth Mall went well except the 24/7 experience. There needs to be a bit more getting started with that means of getting the vehicles. Not hard after you are in app but it is difficult setting up and getting started with not of clear explanation.
