The info I received when picking up the truck said key was in lock box 3, but there is no lock box 3. I only saw a lock box 2. Luckily I figured out that the code might work on the lock for back of truck and keys might be back there.
Jennifer MThere was no representative on site. The person at the site did not know what to do he doesn't work for U-haul but was courteous enough to say he would take care of the return. I have a charge of late fee and fuel charge when I returned the vehicle two days early. I don't know what happened in the days its been sitting there. I try and call to speak to a representative at the location and I get a fax machine ring so again I have no one to speak to. Still 3 days later and I have not spoken to anyone to resolve this claim I had to put in.
Sam TTo begin with, you should ensure the connectivity of your pickup/drop-off location is good. Then, also ensure all your employees are well connected, so your customer wont have to report THREE times the same issues when returning or picking up your trucks!
JuanCarlos WStarted off a little rocky as they called a few hours before and stated that they didn't have the truck that I needed for my date. Well got it figured out in a timely manner. The location I rented it from was very weird the employee had all her small children with her and as soon as we walked into what I assumed to be an office we got a horrible sewer smell. The place was a complete mess with clothes, dippers, and baby supplies everywhere! Overall the it all turned out well in the end.
