MIGUEL BThey didnt have the handtruck and blankets i ordered. I returned the handtruck an hour later to a different location after discovering it wad useless. Note: i was rerouted to a new location the day before and was called by the previous location.

He took his time explaining the charges, potential breakdown situations and set the expectation for the use and return of the truck. I had no issues, felt confident in moving my items needed that day and would absolutely patronize this locale again based on my experience with Tyler. YOLANDA JTyler was wonderful. Started with a reminder call the day before the reservation. His friendly and knowledgeable personality was refreshing after my previous rental. How you can improve is by stopping being cheap .... would a power window be too much to ask for? The number one improvement would be a running board or step to get into the vehicles.
