I returned the truck at a Mail Drop location less than 48 hours after pick up. The drop off location did not log the truck as returned until the next day, 21 hours later. I was then charged for having the truck an extra day. Not only was this WRONG, but due to all the messed up back and forth of different U-haul locations, I was given a 2 day extension for return. This system is ridiculously flawed and sooo inconvenient to the customer. Needless to say, U-haul is the worst company I have encountered doing business with.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was self drop so no rep was there to help but that was fine.
CYNTHIA CThe truck was dirty, especially the front. Probably just a light hose to rinse it off. The interior was okay, still dirty and dusty.
Matthew FI would not recomend this drop off site to anyone ever. The customer service is very bad and the person I delt with was very condisending to me. I will never use Uhaul agin in my life time due to the disrespect.
Daniel BNone of the packing supplies I ordered were available at this location. They were able to call to a location across the street to have the supplies available for me to pick up there.
