Location was difficult to find, and I had to call customer support in order to verify my identity.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe key was not in the box that it was supposed to be in. It was in the return box, fortunately another customer got the code to the return box from the storage unit owner and helped us get our key. But, we spent over an hour trying to pick up our truck while on the phone with multiple U-Haul agents that did not help.
Diana GI had a lot of trouble with the lock box for the keys coming and going coming to get truck had trouble dropping off truck could not access box 4 had to put key in orange box
Sandra KThe location was adequate; however, it was 20 minutes away from my preferred location near my home. After reserving a vehicle two weeks in adavance, I was disappointed to have to drive 40 minutes out of my way. And the mobile experience was also disappointing. I had to call customer service to complete the pickup process, defeating the purpose of mobile pickup. This is the second time the mobile experience failed. I’ll think twice about renting from u-haul again.
PHILIP HThere was no one at this location. When I finally got in contact with uhaul to get keys the keys weren't there, I had to get a smaller truck than the one I reserved. The entirety of the process to pick up truck took nearly 2 hours.
