The key pickup boxes were posted and I asked for help inside and they were very helpful and friendly to point me to walk me through the pick up process. I called customer support to assistance. Customer experience is always great. They helped me work through the pickup using the app. (first time) and was very helpful. The truck was ready and everything went smooth.

They changed the pickup location and Drop-off locations last minutes, which caused me to go over the mileage allotted, which i have pay for. Horrible service all around!

IVAN LPlease read the contract and ensure all items the customer is paying to rent are included during the pick up process. I am still awaiting a refund for the two Dollie’s I rented but never received.
