Uhaul should take away this location ability to rent out equipment. They committed fraud, they didn't check the truck in at the time we returned the equipment, I never received a invoice for returned equipment. The guy was on his cell having a personal conversation during the entire check in. The truck check engine light was on and the truck was stalling very unsafe equipment. I will be going to Penske from now on

Really small gas station. Didn't have the dolly i requested and not a real UHaul facility so no chance of getting one. Truck needs maintenance. Belts squealed loudly when cold.
Robert APhone service not good. Very little communication in person. Lot small and worn down, difficult to park vehicle. Also, location changed without my knowledge again.

AYKEL RWe had a reservation for 6:30pm. When we finally got the code to open the lock box and get the key, the key was not inside. We had to go inside the food mart and wait while the very slow employee took his time verifying he could give us his copy of the key. We finally got the truck at 7, and they did not include the $15 dolly that I rented or the 12 moving pads I ordered. That is $27 I want back, plus the inconvenience of the time delay when we had a tight time frame and the inconvenience of moving heavy items without any equipment. Very frustrating experience.
