I’ve used U-Haul around 10 times in my life and this is the one time I can say was terrible. Pickup was a mess and I had to then go to another location for the dolly. The truck wasn’t cleaned out, the ramp was short so very steep and the trucks suspension had me bouncing all over the place. Really bad for a move that was an hour and a half iut

Jeanine HThe location of picking up the U-Haul was not where the actual truck and trailer was located. There wasn't an inspection completed when I picked up the truck. Finding the location was a hassle. The truck was dirty, rusty, and had a lot of squeaky noises going on. Attaching the trailer to the truck was always a hassle (The tow bar wouldn't hitch to the trailer hitch, had trouble with getting it to latch on.)
Lashonda RThe front tire was out of balance causing a shimmying effect in the steering wheel while driving. No way of knowing that until you get it out on the road. We had to travel 35 miles out of our way to rent the truck. It should have been delivered to the nearest location in our town. Then there would be the realization of the front end. Probably most renters do not want to mention the truck faults because it's the only 26 footer available (our case) or they will be blamed. Crossed my mind too. No other problems though.
