We were promised $29,99 but then we were charged $39,99 and then charged more per mile than they claimed. Even after a reservation for the biggest truck which we also didn't get making us take 2 trips..one more than intended. I'd like a refund honestly.

Understandably, renting a vehicle in a rural area means limited options for rental locations. The LeRoy location had freindly people. The truck had one serious concern...too much play in the steering. I was constantly having to compensate for the play in the steering as the vehicle either drifted left or right, especially on the highway. For this reason, I did not feel safe driving this truck. I've rented multiple vehicles over the years. This one occassion was not a pleasant experinece. Everything else was pretty much as expected. Thank you,

RICHARD SI did not expect the 5'x9' trailer to be so well built. I appreciated the many tie-down points and the spring-assisted loading gate. Wilmer and Rachel at 7S Powersports were a delight to work with. They were pleasant and accommodating and all-around good people. I would not hesitate to rent from this location again when the need arises.
PETER Mthe loggin in experience was a total disaster and makes me never want to use that option again. Needs to be improved to make it much easier or doin't offer it.
