Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI will never recommend this location. The store mgr was rude - said we are t even auto be open - the truck wasn’t ready and we had to walk far to get it. The back of the truck was not swept out and was dirty. Instead of having it clean with a dolly .. they put a dolly out side the store for us to put in. We wasted almost an hour picking up the truck since the app was not working. There is a sign inside the truck that states you get 25.00 back if left swept out and blankets folded. I did that because that is how I am I clean up. Did I get the $25.00??!? NO!! This place is a joke!
Doris CFortunately, there was a sign where you turned in, otherwise I would have thought I was in the wrong location.
kim wClose and Convenient
HENRY EThe hassle of moving to front of the store and then back is too much. The location owner need to considerate about the customer and at least leave the gate open
