Trucks need to be filled with gas. Especially when picked up from a gas station. Pick it up full, drop it off full. It seems like a way to get customers to overfill to give you free gas.

Truck was dirty on the outside, garbage in the cab, and windshield wipers didn't work very well at all.

Jeremiah CThe employee at the drop off location was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Even though the employee had other store duties as this was not a straight Uhaul location. Made sure that he apologized to us for the wait. Also at the end he again apologized for the time to drop off the truck asking if anything else they could do for us.
MATTHEW DThe location great but the online portion didnt work at all and I waa miss informed. Ive never had issues before but tried the self check in and return and it didn't work at all, even was supposed to return to the north end to find out i had to return to the original spot .
