Gerard D.Didn't have equipment Lock combo was wrong
Sameer V.The lock didn't work accurately. The letters appear on both the front and back side, so it's unclear which side to enter the code to. Also, after attempting many times, basic lock rules apply and should be added to the U Haul instructions. This is of no fault to Fine Lines , but required me calling the contact early in the morning, when clearer instructions could have been provided. Also, when attempting to verify my identity, it should be explicitly stated that an alternative method of providing identification might be required. Most people don't travel with both their ID and passport. Calling a personal contact early in the morning might not be an option for a lot of people. The return process was 10x easier. No complaints whatsoever (thus far) with the return process!
